Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing sources of waste materials for recycling, ensuring that our company meets its procurement targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying Waste Dumps: Locate and establish connections with various dump sites, scrap yards, and other sources where plastics and PET bottles are sold.
• Procurement: Negotiate and secure the purchase of waste materials, ensuring consistent supply to meet production demands.
• Reporting: Track and report on procurement activities, including quantities purchased, costs, and progress toward targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely collection and transportation of purchased materials.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential suppliers, and opportunities for expanding the company’s procurement network.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for waste material procurement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring long-term partnerships and reliable supply chains.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or procurement, preferably within the recycling or waste management industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the local recycling industry and waste materials is a plus.
