We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Manager - Africa

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities


  • The Business Development Manager for Africa, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
  • Drive extensive business development for the company’s Learning Programmes and Consulting Solutions across Africa Countries
  • Build winning marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of business development.
  • Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development
  • Achieve defined business development targets
  • Expand the company’s market share and visibility across Africa Countries
  • Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success
  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance across the target Africa Countries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing needs and trends.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the Business sciences - Economics, Business Administration, Marketing with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales and B2B business development experience, in the financial services and other sectors.
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding business development targets at Executive levels
  • A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong networking ability
  • Good understanding of online marketing channels research, analytical and forecasting skills to identify market trends and challenges
  • Experience in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns.

2.)Senior Human Resource Consultant

Job Description

  • Our client is recruiting to fill the vacant Senior Human Resources Consultant position. The Senior Human Resources Consultant’s responsibilities include developing human resource solution models.
  • Others include business development, research, and innovation, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives. The position reports directly tthe C.E.O.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Initiatives:

  • Act as Senior Human Resources Consultant on a variety of human resource projects and provide innovative, technology-driven, and timely human resources solutions.
  • Review diverse clients' human resources needs, develop cutting-edge solutions tfulfill those needs, and ensure they are being professionally implemented across various sectors (Power, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Public Sector, etc.)
  • Develop project plans and conduct cost/benefit analysis tdetermine project profitability.
  • Conduct research, collect & analyze data tevaluate and maintain high standards in the human resources consulting process.
  • Ensure superior quality across the human resources consulting cycle of planning, development, design, execution, and review.

Business Development:

  • To generate human resources consulting mandates across diverse sectors, including but not limited tPower, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Government, Financial Services, etc.
  • Develop and sustain business relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing and sustaining partnerships with relevant professional and business associations as part of a leads-generation network.

  • Identify, research, and track industry benchmarks, regulators, and other stakeholders, towards proactively responding to pportunities and threats.

Requirements
Academic:

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in any Business or Science related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline with a minimum of second-class upper grade.
  • Professional (SHRM or CIPM etc.) Qualification is mandatory.
  • Other relevant certifications and membership of professional associations will be added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduation work experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on Senior human resources consulting experience.
  • A track record of achieving set performance targets.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities, including project planning, development, and task facilitation.
  • Solid knowledge and a good grasp of developments in Human Resources across the globe.
  • Full understanding of HR legislation, including international and local labor laws policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Strategic Planning Consultant will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
  • Assist clients in the articulation of their Strategic Intent, including clear Corporate Vision, Mission and Core Values
  • Assess market trends and competition performance for effective client positioning.
  • Carry out business development initiatives to drive a significant pipeline of Strategy mandates from clients
  • Supporting the development of clients’ medium and long-term organizational strategies.
  • Support clients’ business teams to activate and effectively execute clients’ Corporate, Business and Functional-level strategies to achieve defined company goals etc.
  • Align clients’ departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
  • Effect quality Project Management that ensures a very high level of customer excitement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the Business Sciences - Economics, Business Administration, strategy with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier University
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing strategic and Risk planning projects.
  • Strategic Planning Experience in a top-tier Management Consulting firm
  • A Masters Degree - preferably an MBA
