Position: Sales Manager


​Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Direct a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sales and marketing of all Pipeline & marine products
2. Support the sales team in the business development activity for product market segment(s).
3. Key client account management.
4. Expand the business portfolio by adding complimentary products / principals.
5. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
6. Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
7. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
8. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
9. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
10. Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive's sales and activity performance.
11. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
12. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
13. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
14. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
15. Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
16. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
17. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

CRITICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Must be holding Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering.
* Must be holding at least 5+ years of relevant experience in a large heavy engineering / oil field services company.
* A highly motivated and organized individual.
* Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the training market within the region.
* Capable of interacting with different cultures and be able to travel extensively throughout the region.
* Good IT Skills excellence in Excel, Word and overall good IT skills.
* Must be holding valid Driving license.

 

Position: Project Manager

Job Purpose
Provide direction to the Project team for the entire project, having the responsibility for the contractual, Quality, time and financial delivery of the project by being the key interface across the contractors and the client and the management team on all project matters.

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Organize and control the total Project Scope of Work, both within Project organization and by engagement with the Client.
- Report Project's performance to the GM and the Client.
- Interacting with the Client's management team as well as contractors management teams to ensure that project objectives, schedules and budgets are established and met.
- Establish lines of communication within the contractor organization, towards Partners, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers and towards the Client.
- Implement HSE, QA, QS and Risk Management, in accordance with the Client requirements. Ensure quality, safety, progress and cost control and initiate necessary corrective actions as and when required.
- Use solid people management and network abilities to establish a positive team spirit by inspiring project team members as well as that part out of the organization supporting the project.
- Solid knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, civil/building construction in particular EPCC solutions.
- Sound network of contacts across industry and key understanding of company project management principles - to establish project goals and ensure that these are communicated to, and understood by, all participants in the Project Organization as well as in all supporting units.
- Approve All invoices, HRM related matters, subcontractor invoices, reports, schedules, tenders, etc and ensure their compliance with the Company/ Client requirements.

Key Competencies

- Demonstrable experience in the project management of EPCC projects, especially building completion works.
- Solid track record of successful delivery of EPCC projects against contract.
- Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent leadership skills - Build the Project Team into a dedicated and enthusiastic unit

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil/Mechanical, or Construction) with relevant experience.
- 15+ years of management experience with contractor/ project in Oil or Gas Projects.

 

Position: Procurement Manager

Plan, direct, coordinate through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of construction phase of project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation of contractors and subcontractors.

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Ensure that procurement activities are executed according to the contract requirements.
- Ensure that equipment suppliers selected by contract are from approved vendor list in the contract.
- Providing key relationship with purchasing, expediting, and inspection & traffic departments, as procurement internal sections, to control, follow-up & confirmation of their activities.
- Liaising with procurement manager of EPCC contractor to insure that, all their activities in different stages of purchasing process are according to contract schedule requirements.
- Follow-up of EPCC contractor's expediting activities & delivery of equipment / material to site.
- Providing key role as interface between NLNG project management team & EPCC contractor's management team for clarification of outstanding matters & resolving of all non-conformities, if any.
- Providing report to project director / project manager.
- Liase with other discipline line manager.
- Follow-up and monitoring of EPCC contractors progress of procurement activities in according with the contractor's procurement plan.
- Liaise with company on regarding additional vendors requested by contractor to be included in the project approved vendor list.

Required Education and Experience

- B.S or M.Sc Degree in Engineering (preferably in Civil / Str.) with relevant experience in any other field other his core profession.
- 15+ years of Construction experience with contractor/MC in Oil, Gas or Petrochemical or Dam Construction Projects.
- Good experience related to the building and Construction of civil and Industrial structures.

 

Position: Senior Planning Engineer

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

- Preparing the project baseline schedules WBS, Activity Lists, SOW related to each activity and Key Dates inline with contract requirements.
- Preparing project interface reports for equipment and manpower constraints.
- Review the project baseline schedules of the contracts based on the scope of work, WBS and key dates inline with contract requirements.
- Preparing the manpower organization charts, manpower loading plan and histograms based on the work time schedules.
- Preparing of Planning Procedures for each Project.
- Monitor and report the Productivity / Performance Plans.
- Preparing the equipment list and equipment loading plans for tenders.
- Preparing the project S-curve and Histograms based on the project baseline and work time schedules.
- Preparing Risk Analysis reports for contract base line schedules.
- Monitoring and reporting of actual resource / plan during execution of each project.
- Review and report the project forecast plans for projects.
- Updating and maintaining of the schedules data in a regular basis to ensure project consistency and optimization.
- Monitoring, impact identification and preparing recovery plans.
- Attending the progress review meetings and highlighting the areas of concern with respect to the schedule.
- Applying Risk analysis and reporting during execution of each project.
- Create formal communication plan to PMT and project managers.
- Review and endorse schedules prepared by subcontractors.
- Monitoring and supervising the subcontractors' schedules during execution of the subcontracts.
- Ensure that progress measurement and reporting information is aligned with overall project requirements.
- Keep PC manager updated on critical issues of projects with respect to planning and project progress as well as any potentials may have cost or schedule impacts.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

- Project Management
- Good understanding of engineering, procurement and construction practices.
- Proven understanding and application of skills in critical areas of safety, quality management, contract administration and control.
- Computer literate in the entire MS Office and planning software specially Primavera (P3e and P6).
- In-depth understanding of planning coding systems, development of area and systems plans and progress measurement.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration with minimum 10 years of relevant experience from major similar projects.

 

Position: Project Engineer

Responsible for coordination of Engineering disciplines on both organizational and technical aspects during engineering and construction phases.

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Monitor Contractor and subcontractor performance as the work progresses to insure that sound engineering skills are applied and that engineering procedures conform to Contract specifications, industry standards and good engineering practices.
- Actively manage the PMT engineering group, assist and advice discipline engineers and keep Project Manager updated on critical issues as well as any issues that may have a cost or schedule impact.
- Interacting with the Client's management team as well as contractors' management teams to ensure that project objectives, schedules and budgets are established and met.
- Review and initiate necessary actions on Contractor's proposed variations to those specified in the Contract.
- Participate in progress monitoring and reporting activities.
- Use solid people management and network abilities to establish a positive team spirit by inspiring project team members as well as that part of the organization supporting the project.
- Solid knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, in particular EPCC solutions.
- Sound network of contacts across industry and key understanding of company project management principles - to establish project goals and ensure that these are communicated to, and understood by all participants in the Project Organization as well as in all supporting units.

Key Competencies

- Worked in a similar function on recent large construction projects.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from major similar project.

Required Education and Experience

Position: Engineering Manager

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main responsibilities

- Cross-disciplinary coordination, monitoring and implementation of all engineering activities.
- Management of the technical engineering team (disciplines) including interface management.
- Coordinating and monitoring engineering section of EPCC contracts.
- Monitoring the engineering tools, engineering methods and document management systems in accordance with stipulations from the particular Department / specialist group.
- Reconciling technical project solutions with the stipulations of the other parts of project team (i.e. Procurement and construction).
- Ensure technical and organizational approaches.
- Ensuring complete and correct engineering documentation.

Key Competencies

- Competency to execute (CE)

  • Carrying out and/or organizing all related activities, which are necessary, as part of engineering, to meet the project requirements

- Competency to decide (CD)

  • Overall management and decision making within the project on all technical matters including safety issues.
  • Allocation of tasks within the engineering team and interface management Final approval of engineering documents.

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering (Preferably Process / Mechanical) with relevant experience.

Position: Contract Administrator

Design and administration contracts and subcontracts inline with the scope of services. Ensure company's rights are protected in contract packages.

Position will be on a contract basis with a 100/20 rotation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

- Review Tender packages contract documents and report the important observations and implication of the conditions.
- Prepare projects subcontract packages inline with the main contracts scope of service.
- Ensure protection of company's rights in contracts and subcontracts.
- Ensure subcontracts compliance with key terms and conditions of the main contracts.
- Participate in contracts and subcontracts negotiations and award.
- Review, evaluate and report of any contract and or subcontracts changes implications.
- Participate in the activities required for the awarding and administration of sub-contracts.
- Participate in the main contracts claims preparation.
- Prepare receipt of the incoming and outgoing correspondences and minutes of between Company, Client and Subcontractors.

General Knowledge and Technical skills

- Project Management
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances and different types of projects, i.e. turnkey, EPCC, etc.
- Skill in negotiating, writing and interpreting contractual agreements.
- Ability to effectively communicate.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Engineering with 5 years experience in contract administration in similar projects. Have experience working in big organization / projects with 1000+ persons
