We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Onsite Technical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Install and provide technical support for access control systems (biometric devices, smart locks, card readers, tunstiles, CCTV integration, etc.).
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and test access control hardware and associated systems (electronic locks, control panels, sensors).
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide usage training where necessary.
• Ensure complete testing and commissioning of systems before handover.

Requirements

• OND / HND or BS.c Degree in Electrical / Electronical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience working with access control system installation and support.
• Familiarity with software configuration tools and database setup.
• Understanding of electronic circuits, power supply systems and signal connectivity.
