Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations management, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience.
• Post graduate qualification such as M.Sc, MBA, and membership of accredited professional body is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with business and financial principle.
• Strong skill in budget development and oversight.
