The specific solutions include individual packaging machines, liquid product processing systems (including agro processing for liquid food such as dairy, soya milk, tomato paste, edible oil, mango puree, coconut milk etc.), utilities, turnkey projects, liquid product formula & ingredients, packaging materials, technical services and spare parts.

• We are looking for an experienced Process Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and take on full responsibility for our Process Automation implementation and improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, configure and develop industrial processes
• Developing Factory layout and designing preliminary process for our liquid processing system according to customer's request
• Develop electrical schematics on AutoCAD
• Network automation and python development
• Appraise, measure and analyze processes
• Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates
• Complete process simulations
• Keep time and budget limitations in check
• Execute risk assessments
• Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a Process Automation Engineer or similar relevant field
• Good understanding of production process and keen to design it by AutoCAD or equivalent softwares
• Great analytical skills
• It's preferable if you worked in brewery, sugar processing, beverage factories.etc
• Experience on designing PID is a plus
