Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in both marketing strategy and field sales, leading by example and driving results through hands-on leadership.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to take on a leadership role in both marketing and sales initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will not only bring a deep understanding of marketing but will also be highly proficient in field sales, demonstrating leadership through direct interaction with clients and the sales team.
• You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies while also being actively involved in driving sales growth and leading the team by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead field sales efforts, actively engaging with customers, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Set the standard for sales performance by modeling best practices and providing on-the-ground leadership.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with product development, customer success, and other teams to create compelling marketing materials and sales tools.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as the face of the company in high-value negotiations and presentations.
• Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team, providing support and training to enhance their performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong background in field sales.
• Proven track record of success in both developing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Hands-on experience in driving sales through direct engagement with customers in the field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools(SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to balance both strategic thinking and tactical execution, leading campaigns that drive results.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to close sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
