We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Relationship Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives.
• Post-disbursement monitoring.
• Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process credit finance applications within specified time limits.
• Recruit new credit finance and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
• Complete credit contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
• Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
• Ensure the retention of existing customers.
• Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
• Maintain and update account records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a loan officer in a credit or financial institution.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
