Relationship & Support Officer Job at Parcel Exchange

Parcel Exchange is a real-time online trading platform and access to a large community of members where independent owner drivers, courier companies, forwarders, transport companies, retailers and online shops post their availability status on a minute-by-minute basis. The platform allows members to post available loads, journey information and real time vehicle availability status, the system then matches available vehicles (using location/size/availability) with the load requirement and instantly sends a notification via email or SMS to members.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Relationship & Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Initiate and maintain one on one relationship with our customers through telephone, online and personal physical visitation when necessary.
• Conduct and administer in depth training when and where needed for our carriers, sales representatives (as licensed officers),
• Follow up new and existing customers daily through telephone, online and physical visitation to ensure they download and place order through our mobile application.
• Prepare the report of sales from outlet and online campaigns
• Create business to Business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification OND in Marketing / Business Management / Administration or other business related disciplines
• Applicants must reside within Ajao Estate and its environs
• Applicants must have excellent communication skills and computer savvy.
