Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, optimising profitability, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost control.
• Manage restaurant inventory, stock levels, and supply orders.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality and timely service.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost customer engagement and revenue.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory) with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, scheduling tools).
• Solid understanding of financial and operational management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
