Job Position: Sales / Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative/Customer Service professional.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates, company policies, and industry trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office, CMS and Social media.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 per month.
