Job Position: Sales Manager
Job Location: Anambra

Job Description 

• The role will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team to the achieve the sales objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers setting up effective sales organization, distribution channels design, sales & pricing strategies, revenue, and expense controls.
• Ensuring the achievement of planned sales goals.
• Developing and ensuring adherence to the standard operating procedure for the sales fulfilment process.
• Coordinating activities to meet the training needs of the sales team
• Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Coordinating efforts to collate and analyze information on competition to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Required Education and Experience

• HND / BSc Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team
• MBA from a top business school preferred
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
