Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Copywriter to join our team. The Copywriter will be responsible for interpreting creative direction and technical information to develop compelling copy concepts.
• The Copywriter will see projects through from inception to deployment.
• Additionally, the Copywriter will collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, create content calendars, and develop innovative ideas that align with client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret creative direction and technical information to develop compelling copy concepts.
• Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
• See projects through the entire creative lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
• Prepare content calendars to schedule and organise content creation and publication.
• Assist the creative team with the design of promotional materials to complement written content.
• Work in partnership with the creative team to develop innovative, channel-neutral ideas that align with client briefs.
• Brainstorm with team members to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
• Create and edit original content that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Prepare copy platforms, draft outlines, and finalise copy, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and create content for large-scale, pivotal advertising campaigns that shape brand narratives and enhance brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with design and strategy teams to ensure content and visuals are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years in a creative agency environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and engaging content across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency in all communications.
• Proficiency in content management systems, social media platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and brand communication.
