We are a software development focused company with the believe that business process automation is a business challenge and should be pursued as interplay of seven business levers namely Strategy, People, Process, Metrics, Applications, Data and architecture.

At Enov8 we provide IT solutions using either OEM products of our partners or our proprietary solutions or a mix. At Enov8 we bring industry best practices to bare in developing solutions to enhance our client’s processes while leveraging on our growing executive team, dynamic staff strength and corporate culture as well as forge strategic partnerships and alliances.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out the full-stack implementation of the required product features with well-designed and testable code.
• Deploying developed features to production without downtimes or undesired side effects.
• Build new integrations between our Grow platform and various 3rd party enterprise applications.
• Lead and mentor less experienced members of the engineering team.
• Participate in design, code, and production-readiness reviews.
• Partake in the development of other new and exciting products.
• Debug production issues across our products.

Requirements

• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in Laravel & Vue
• Experience in building and shipping production-ready applications, ideally written in Laravel & Vue.
• Understanding of CI/CD, TDD
• Good understanding of Domain Driven Design and OOP principles.
• Innovative, push technical boundaries, and are excited to solve problems that have never been solved before.
• Self manage, and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• A kind of person who is eager and willing to learn a skill you don't possess but is required to complete a task to get it done.
• Have a high level of self-motivation and a drive for self-development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment to build an exciting product
• A "Doer" with knowledge transfer skills

Tech Stack:

• PHP, Laravel (Strong experience required)
• Vue
• React Native
• Electron
• MySql, MS SQL
• AWS & GCP (nice to have)
• Docker, k8s (nice to have).
