We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Position: Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications. 
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java SE/Spring/Spring Boot frameworks. 
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to design scalable and secure solutions. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. 
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. 
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security standards are met. 
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements. 

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience. 
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot. 
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns. 
• Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle.
