In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. Job Position: SME Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• The SME business development manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to scale up loan origination for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
• Support the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
• Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank
• Training Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings to improve product knowledge and drive SME loan origination

Requirements

• Required: 3 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
• Preferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skills

Salary 
N250,000 - N450,000 per month.
