Job Description

• We are hiring a part-time Social Media & Content Strategy Associate to create high-quality Canva content, plan weekly posts, and turn HR and workplace insights into clear, engaging social media content.
• The role is remote, flexible, and focused on building credibility and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a weekly content plan
• Create clean Canva carousels, explainers, and insight posts
• Turn complex HR and workplace ideas into clear, engaging content
• Support campaigns tied to credibility and client interest
• Track performance (reach, saves, engagement, follower growth)
• Share a short weekly update: what worked, what didn’t, what to improve

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• OND / HND or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ year of managing social media for a brand or professional page
• Strong Canva design and content packaging skills
• Excellent writing and attention to detail
• Interest in HR, business, research, or workplace issues.

What Success Looks Like:

• Pages feel sharper, smarter, and more credible
• Audience growth is steady and targeted
• Content reflects depth, not generic HR posts
• Execution runs smoothly with minimal follow-up

Working Style:

• Fully remote (Flexible hours + scheduled check-ins)
