Crossover Microfinance Bank Limited is a state licensed mfb with the central Bank of Nigeria approval to operate in Lagos state.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Create and publish engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Manage social media campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Sttay updated on industry trends, betting culture, and competitors to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager (experience in sports betting, gaming, or entertainment industry is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphics, and short-form video editing).
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
