Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the overall success of our store.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
• The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining customers, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Customer Attraction and Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment within the store.
• Utilize effective visual merchandising to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Set and achieve sales targets, closely monitoring performance against goals.
• Implement sales promotions and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cashiering.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Optimize store layout and product placement for increased sales and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Management:

• Monitor and control operating expenses to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess the store's financial performance.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Education Qualifications and Experience:

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, B.Sc Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 / Month.
