Job Summary

• As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy. 
• You will play a crucial role in improving productivity and efficiency while ensuring cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and oversee procurement, inventory, transportation, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement and establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards and collaborate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) to forecast demand and optimize supply chain processes.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management and develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics within the healthcare sector.
• A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Professional Certification (e.g., CIPSM, MCIPS) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing critical health supplies, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
