TRAINEE PASTORS PROGRAM

1. Are you called into the ministry of Jesus Christ?
2. Are you a University or Polytechnic graduate?
3. Have you completed your NYSC?
4. Can you work as a team player?
5. Are you willing and able to learn?
6. Can you give all to the Lord & the Ministry?
7. Are you below 30 years of age?

If your answers to the above questions are positive, then you are the right person we are looking for.

New Light Covenant Church, 18 Wilmer Street, Isheri, Off Ojodu Berger, Lagos - requires some Trainee Pastors to grow with the church and establish her vision worldwide. Training period shall be 24 Calendar months (18 for classroom and 6 for attachment). Progress shall depend on experience and ability to learn quickly. During the training, a hostel accommodation shall be provided along with a monthly stipend of N30,000.00. A reasonable  remuneration shall be granted on successful completion of the training program. However, the program shall be competitive, as the Church will only recruit the best after the training.
 

Job Summary:

Fresh, young and articulate University/polytechnic  graduates having zeal for the work of the ministry would be encouraged to go through planned and organized training for 2 years. During this period, they will be encouraged to lead group Bible studies, prayer meetings, house fellowships etc. They will also be expected occasionally to lead devotions, pass their monthly examinations.
