Job Position: Architect

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Lead high-tech and urban-level design and construction projects, ensuring excellence in architectural execution.
• Utilize advanced digital and visualization design skills to conceptualize and communicate architectural concepts and solutions.
• Manage project work programming, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, cash flow tracking and projection, and other aspects of project management.
• Mentor and guide junior architects to foster their professional development.
• Conduct onsite visits as necessary to oversee project progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Architecture from a globally recognized institution with academic excellence.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hightech and urbanlevel design and construction, with a strong portfolio of past work directly handled or supervised by the candidate.
• MSc added advantage
• Proven experience leading largescale, multidisciplinary architectural teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of cuttingedge design technologies, including AIdriven design tools, parametric modeling, and virtual reality applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital and visualization design, as well as handson experience in architectural design tools and software.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on work programming, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, cash flow tracking and projection.
• Professional certification in architecture is an added advantage.
• Indepth understanding of global architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and the ability to integrate emerging technologies seamlessly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects with a focus on innovation and technological integration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a history of successfully engaging with highprofile clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in advanced design software such as Autodesk Revit, Rhino, and project management tools.

Skills Needed:

• Ability to settle in Abuja and conduct site visits as required.
• Proven ability to deliver highquality architectural projects within scheduled timelines and budget constraints.
• Advanced Design Skills: Proficient in advanced architectural design tools such as Autodesk Revit, Rhino, and parametric modeling software.
• Innovation: Demonstrated ability to bring innovative and groundbreaking design concepts to fruition.
• Technology Integration: Expertise in integrating emerging technologies like AIdriven design tools and virtual reality applications into architectural projects.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary architectural team.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Global Trends: Deep understanding of global architectural trends and the ability to incorporate them into project designs.
• Sustainability: Knowledge and experience in sustainable design practices.
• Project Management: Proficient in project management tools for effective planning and execution.
