Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to drive growth and expand our client base.
• This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills, who will work collaboratively across departments to boost revenue, streamline administrative processes, and support media and event execution.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Monitor trends and competitors, and recommend improvements to marketing and business strategies.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation relevant to business development and company operations.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client engagements, contracts, and communications.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks and coordination of internal communications.

Media & Event Participation:

• Collaborate with the production team in media shoots, post-production processes, and creative concept development.
• Support the planning and coordination of events and activations to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings.

General & Official Duties:

• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the management that align with the company’s objectives.
• Exhibit professionalism and initiative in all assignments and team collaborations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media, advertising, or events industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales strategy, or business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
• A creative, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard business hours when necessary.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
