Job Qualifications/Background

• You have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,
• You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active,
• You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests,
• You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals,
• You speak French and English fluently.
• You have ideally 2 years’ experience in a West African country, VIE accepted,
• You have a track record in Business development,
• You have a good knowledge of Oil and Gas technical fields,

Responsibilities
Sales:

• Managing business leads in consulting at actual customers
• Participating and realizing the preparation of offers, reporting …
• Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
• Gathering new business opportunities
• Closing offer deals on a service contracts
• Participating to the marketing strategy

Management:

• Managing a team of consultants
• Supervising the financial status of your activity
• Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners,

HR:

• Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
• Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team
• Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
