Job Position: Cashier

Job Location: Jos, Plateau

Reports To: Account Officer

Job Summary

• The Cashier will handle daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records of receipts, and provide excellent customer service.
• This role requires attention to detail and integrity in managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions with customers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile cash at the end of the day.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Process sales and provide receipts to customers.
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience.
• Basic understanding of financial principles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with numbers.
