We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Customer reception: Welcome customers to the store, understand their needs, and provide professional consultation.
• Sales support: Introduce vehicles, recommend suitable models, and achieve sales targets.
• Customer relations: Handle customer issues and complaints and maintain good relationships.
• Market research: Collect market information and provide feedback to support sales strategies.

Requirements

• High school degree or above, marketing or related majors preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in car sales or customer service.
• Good communication skills and sales skills.
• Basic understanding of the automotive industry is preferred.
