Job Description

• Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for the culinary world and a proven track record of driving operational excellence?
• You will be the strategic backbone of our restaurant, responsible for optimizing day-to-day operations, business development, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring efficient execution across all departments.
• You will work closely with the CEO to translate our vision into actionable plans and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development for Increased Profitability:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house service, supply chain, inventory, and facility management.
• Strategic Execution: Translate the CEO's vision and business strategies into clear operational goals and ensure their effective implementation across all levels.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Team Development & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Standards: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures for food preparation, service delivery, and hygiene, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience.
• Customer Experience: Champion initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and effectively resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
• Growth & Expansion: Play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth, streamlining processes for scalability, and supporting future expansion plans.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (minimum of 7 - 10 years) in a senior operational leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry, ideally with multi-unit management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, implement best practices, and improve performance metrics.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• A deep understanding of the Nigerian culinary landscape and customer preferences is a plus.
