Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Administrator

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support overall Human Resource operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement Human Resource policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and manage benefits administration.
  • Maintain proper documentation of Human Resource records, contracts, and administrative reports.
  • Coordinate office administration activities, including procurement and facility management.
  • Assist management in implementing Human Resource strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management and workforce productivity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employee development.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for employee growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of Human Resource / Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resource best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource software, payroll management, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N175,000 - N200,000 per month.
