We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Interior Architect
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee construction and execution plans
• Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Produce high-quality 3d renderings for design presentations
• Select and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes for interior spaces.
• Assist in preparing quotations and documentation for projects
• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance design presentations and visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3 - 5 years of experience in interior architecture, construction, and shop drawings
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, 3D or any other rendering software
• Excellent skills in mood board creation
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
• Ability tointerpret architectural and structural drawingswith accuracy.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellentteamwork and communication skills.
