They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Assistant

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Conduct daily physical stock checks in the stores.
• Update inventory records and alert the Inventory Officer on low or out-of-stock items.
• Assist in preparing and executing stock transfer orders accurately.

Stock Handling & Movement:

• Work with team members to move goods between store sections and to the office.
• Ensure all stock transfers are properly counted and logged.
• Support packing of supply orders, ensuring accurate labeling and tagging in line with invoice details.

Cleanliness & Sanitation:

• Assist with daily cleaning of the store and participate in scheduled sanitation routines.
• Ensure waste is disposed of daily and not carried over.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage environment.

Support Duties:

• Notify the Inventory Officer when price tags are needed and help ensure correct pricing on all products.
• Ensure all goods in the store match invoice records and help maintain orderliness.
• Assist with basic logistics such as charging and turning off appliances and securing keys/devices at closing.
• These roles can expand according to business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Male gender preferred
• Must reside in Lagos Island or its environs
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move goods
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt as business needs evolve.

Salary & Benefits

• N80,000 monthly salary
• Daily lunch provided.
