We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Officer (Male or Female)

Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Record and keep accurate information on stock
• Overseeing daily/weekly/monthly updating of stock movement
• Ensure that warehouse staff are up to date with their records (book)
• Prompt distribution of products to branches and outlets as requested.
• Ensure periodic stock-taking and submission of stock reconciliation report
• •Safeguard the warehouses
• Ensure there is no damage of products arising from personal handling.
• Provide stock reports as and at when needed
• Monitoring of sales of products through branch stock report before releasing products
• Monitor stock level to avoid over stocking or shortages
• Ensure products are picked up for delivery to branches as at when due.
• Training - Provide training and understanding to various departments regarding stock control.
• Other ad hoc projects relating to stock and system management.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal
• Great interpersonal skills
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Teamworking skills
• Strong attention to details
• Analytical Skills.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
