JOB TITLE: SENIOR CONTRACT MANAGER-ELECTRICIAL
 
RESPONSIBILITY
The task will be to manage projects profitably and successfully from take-off to commissioning.
 
QUALIFICATION

GENERAL QUALIFICATION
Candidates’ shall possess a minimum qualification of B.SC/HND or equivalent in the relevant field and must be proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and other IT tools. It is compulsory/to have technical competence in at least one of the following areas of specialization:
(a)  33/nkv Power Distribution;
(b)  Transmission Substations;
(c)   Piped Services
(d)  Internal installation in Buildings.
 
Registration with professional bodies e.g. COREN and NSE etc will be an advantage.

 
JOB TITLE:  CONTRACT MANAGER-Mechanical

JOB TITLE: PLANNING ENGINEER
 
RESPONSIBILITY
The task is to plan new projects and provide technical support to Estimators.
 
QUALIFICATION
The right candidate must have in-depth knowledge of design and design interpretation, including workshop drawings, material take-off, work programmes and cost estimation.
Having worked with a consulting firm will be an advantage.
Appreciation of safety in Construction industry is required.
The candidates we expect must have at least 7 years working experience and must be between 30 - 40 years old.
