Established in 1987, formerly known as Chemech Laboratories Ltd, the company name later changed to Chemiron International Ltd with manufacturing and distribution of our products from our Ikeja, Lagos factory. In 2019 the company name changed to Chemiron Care Ltd, as we relocated our manufacturing operations to Agbara Industrial Estate to a new modern PCN – Compliant facility with our dedicated capsules and liquid filling production lines.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) HR / Admin Officer

Job Location: Ogun
Job Type: Full Time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees’ requests. 
  • Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, annual and sick leaves)
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

Requirements and skills

  • B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Proven 3 years of work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Teamwork skills

2.) IT Personnel

Job Location: Ogun
Job Type: Full Time

Job brief

  • We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
  • You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
  • The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policies.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
  • Proven 3 years of working experience as an IT personnel in pharmaceutical or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data management and data governance.
  • Applicants must have working experience in relevant field and reside in close proximity to the Office Location.

3.) Sales Representative

Job Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
