1.) Accountant (Junior Role)

Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including maintaining general ledger entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Salary
N100,000 per month

2.) Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and promoting our services to potential clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with the provider network team to ensure the HMO has a robust network of healthcare providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on utilizing the HMO's services. Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, Busines development manager preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare regulations is preferred.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and performance targets.

Requirements

  • BSC ( 2:2 only) in any field
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Suites
  • Not older than 26 years of age at the time of application
  • Eloquent and Smart attitude to work.

Salary

  • N85,000 - N140,000 monthly
