We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Network Support Service Principal Engineer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Demonstrable ability to engage effectively with all levels in Business & IT.
  • Knowledge of Security and Safety Offshore technologies like Stabilized Antenna, Telemetry and Navigational systems, others like microwave radio systems, VHF, UHF Radio systems.
  • Demonstrate awareness of other key critical equipment essential for SOLAS (Safety of life at Sea) like GMDSS, PAGA, RADAR and Inmarsat Satellite Systems.
  • Proven record of delivering against stretched targets with strong focus on Safety working in Field (Offshore, swamp) locations. Offshore work experience on FPSO, Rigs or vessels is a critical success factor. Strong Network background is an advantage.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex engineering projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices and high standards in coding, design, and architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service delivery and support, of which at least 4 years must have been in Offshore IT Support
  • Minimum Education or Certification:Minimum 4-year Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering or Applied Sciences (if the further degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering)
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Deep expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
  • Working knowledge of Motorola TETRA radio & VSAT systems, and Safety Critical equipment like CCTV, PAGA, Intrusion detection systems, Operation Technology, Maritime connectivity & Telemetry management system.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.

2.)  Engineer / Analyst

Job Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Minimum Education or Certification: Minimum of 4-year Degree University degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences or Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Backend IT Infrastructure Support, of which at least 6 years must have been in IT Infrastructure service delivery and support for Datacoms networks in Major Oil and Gas companies.
  • Must be a connectivity specialist, with proven extensive experience in Cisco networks and systems.
  • Deep knowledge of varied Network Security platforms and operations will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in operational support and demonstrated landscape change management capabilities to achieve target operating model.
  • Proven record of delivering against stretched targets
  • Must have experience of integrating Cisco Systems with other systems - Vsat systems, Microwave Radio systems, Firewalls, PABX, and related components.
  • Broad multifaceted stakeholder management
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco Security (Cisco ISE works) is required.
  • Must be experienced in technical writing and reporting.
  • Must be experienced in supervising technical teams and being an example leader.
  • Good understanding of HSSE in IT operations in oil and gas.
  • Must be Cisco Certified in internetworking.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.

3.) Contract Engineering Services Executive

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Verify that the company's Contractual Policies and applicable laws and regulations are adhered to, especially those related to ethics and transparency.
  • Verify that Contracts comply with the standards of the company and the agreements with the partners.
  • Ensure the application and respect of the procedures in the tender process.
  • Liaise with Methods and Performance and Domain Manager for timely reporting (not limited to validate and record savings in Agora) and statistics matters
  • Keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities and affiliates for improvement of contracts practices in the COMPANY.
  • Promote the use of frame agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain an up-to-date list of qualified contractors/suppliers/potential tenders/contracts with updated information to perform market studies; analyze and assess all possible answers from the market
  • Work closely with the DUET counterpart to create the contracts dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including: Validation of contracts strategy, negotiation and analysis of commercial bids, participation in recommendations to award.
  • Adapt standard contract templates to local conditions
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to all contract owners/entities with respect to contractual matters
  • Participate in the validation of the contracts strategy through: Arranging and attending Contracts Committee Meetings, common recommendation with duet, pre-qualifying bidders, defining target prices, defining criteria for evaluation, establish CFT commercial documents, etc.
  • Prepare and send out the dossiers of pre-consultation for Standard or Complex invitations to bid.
  • Verify the alignment with Ethics, Compliance, H3SEQ clauses, Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation when issuing all technical contracts and when drafting contractual and commercial terms and conditions
  • Verify the Terms & Conditions (standard, general and financial)
  • Participate in the signing of formal document after approval from authorities and partners and clarification of rights and obligations of both signing parties according to DOA
  • Ensures that own contracts are created and managed in UNISUP and AGORA, ensure effective use of tools and systems (Ariba, NIPEX, REX+, AGORA) for optimum productivity.
  • Create contracts from standard templates (where they exist) or develop one (where template is not available) and create outline agreements in SAP.
  • Conduct the Terms & Conditions bid analysis and negotiation for the best interest of COMPANY.
  • Conduct the commercial bid analysis and negotiation thereby creating a clear definition of responsibilities and documents together with the DUET
  • Take the leading role in recommendations to award presentation to contracts Committee in collaboration with triplet.
  • Prepare files for the settlement of lawsuits in relation with the legal, insurance and financial department
  • Monitor contractor's performance with Duet, promoting and attending service quality meetings, claims, amendments and contract renewal discussions with contractor and manage and maintain a network with Stakeholders such as NAPIMS, NCDMB, etc.
  • Carries out any other duties that may be assigned to him/her from time to time

HSE Responsibilities:

  • Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation
  • Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution
  • Participate actively in H3SE meetings, training sessions and drills and co-operate actively in the execution of H3SE plans
  • Promote safety culture within Company by reporting of anomalies.

Services Personnel Profile

  • A Degree in Engineering, Management or Social Sciences (preferably Supply Chain)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry of which 2 years should be as a contract Engineer.
  • Demonstrable general knowledge and understanding of commercial, legal and insurance issues affecting the company in general.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies in the Supply Chain and in Operational functions will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English language and excellent communication skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
