Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Workshop Manager

Job Location: Oko-Oba, Lagos
Job type: Full Time

Job Description


  • The workshop manager oversees the mechanics and diagnoses trucks.
  • Ensure mechanics carry out their responsibilities properly to avoid wastage of resources and return repair.
  • Track repairs with a computer and keep record of faults in order to trace lapses.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field
  • Technical abilities and skill is a MUST.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Computer literacy is MUST.
  • Man management skill is required.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skill.

2.) Commissary Manager - CSC

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Commissary Manager is responsible for the effective management and running of overall operations of Cold stone Creamery Ice Cream and Cake commissary with focus on Quality Control, ordering/delivery systems and logistics, manpower planning, equipment maintenance and inventory management.

Production Planning & Warehousing: 

  • Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters. 
  • Overseeing procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings. 

Supply Chain Management: 

  • Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for items, ensuring timely distribution of the goods to the stores. 
  • Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries; 

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents. 
  • Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products. 

Operations & Management: 

  • Does research and development of new products Food costing and menu reengineering. 
  • Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment. 

Staff Training and Team Development:

  • Provide direction to commissary staff to ensure all established layins are completed for each event, in addition to requisitioning during events, post events breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance. 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Bachelor's College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Master’s Degree in Food Beverage Services Management, Food Technology Nutrition Dietetics, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or Food Nutrition, Engineering Chemical, Engineering Industrial, Engineering or equivalent.  
  • At least 3 years of working experience within an operation of a similar profile is essential past experience in big commissaries, central kitchen or production units is a BIG edge 
  • Must have background in GMP/HACCP principles  
  • Knowledgeable in inventory planning and control, effective stocks forecasting  
  • Exposure in Ice Cream / Cake Making / manufacturing plant is an advantage.

3.) Lead Developer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Architect scalable and robust systems, ensuring performance and security.
  • Manage code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, guiding the team through challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any STEM related course.
  • With 8+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Full-stack development.
