Job Position: Legal Executive

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge about all matters of law related to the field of work, which can range from real estate, farming, agriculture, production e.t.c.
• Excellent analytical and observation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent decision making skills.
• Good investigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the chief legal officer.
• Reading and understanding various company contracts and deals.
• Providing useful input in formulation of deals and contracts.
• Overseeing all the legal implications of new projects.
• Ensuring documentation of all legal documents of the company in order to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Experience in real estate
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
