Mission of the Role


  • We are a renowned fashion brand, celebrated for blending cultural heritage with contemporary design.
  • We are seeking a Managing Director (MD) to act as the commercial and operational engine for our next phase of growth.
  • As the MD, you will have full P&L responsibility, serving as the crucial link between a profound creative vision and a scalable, profitable business. Your mandate is to diagnose business health, architect efficient operations, and drive revenue.

Core Responsibilities
Business Strategy & P&L Ownership:

  • Conduct full business diagnostics to identify growth levers and operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop and execute the integrated business strategy, annual budget, and forecasts.
  • Own the P&L, with ultimate accountability for profitability and financial health.

Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize the end-to-end supply chain, from production and inventory management to fulfillment.
  • Streamline and scale all operational processes, including e-commerce and retail, while preserving quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the operations and finance teams.

Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and execute new revenue streams through category expansion, new market entry, and partnerships.
  • Drive commercial strategy, focusing on pricing, sales channels, and marketing to maximize growth.
  • Analyze data to inform collection planning and optimize margins.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in a Managing Director, COO, or General Manager role within the fashion, luxury, or tailored menswear industry.
  • Proven track record of owning a P&L and driving significant revenue and profit growth.
  • Deep expertise in fashion supply chain, inventory planning, and omnichannel strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
