KSL Travels - We are an educational consulting agency that is currently pivoting to become an Edtech with embedded fintech services. Our goal is to create a one stop solution for study abroad that provides an end to end support for education Immigrants, creating accessibility and convenient for everyone.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing the customer service team, overseeing the development of our platform, and working with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel and (or) Edtech industry and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead our team and drive the growth of our business.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our platform
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners within the education, travel and financial tech industries.
• Manage budgets and expenses to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or extensive work experience in operations management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a high growth startup
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving growth
• Experience with project management and working with cross-functional teams
• Passion for travel and technology.
