Role Overview

• The Operations Manager will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage field staff, and ensure consistent service quality across all client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning and fumigation operations
• Manage cleaners’ schedules, attendance, and performance
• Ensure services meet company standards and client expectations
• Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the cleaning or facility management industry
• OND qualification or higher
• Must reside in Ajah, Chevron, or Igboefon
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
