Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant in our shop.
• As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that products are organized, packaged, and prepared for sales.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth flow of products for sales purposes.
• Assist in packaging and labeling products according to customer specifications.
• Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets by preparing and gathering necessary information for sales presentations, meetings, and events.
• Track and report on sales activities, including customer interactions, sales volume, and any potential issues or opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and provide them with product information and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and coordinate product replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Management, or any related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Experience working in a butchery or similar environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a cold room environment.
