We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media and Customer Care Manager

Job Location: Mandelas, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Responsbile for managing social media
• Responsible for running paid ads
• Responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries via social media and whatsapp
• Responsbile for creating video, pictures and written content

Job Requirements

• SSCE / GCE / NECO
• Experience: 1 - 5 years
• Must have the core skills needed for the job
• Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week ( this is not a remote job)
• Must live close to Lagos Island or on the Island.

Not Required:

Skills Required:

• Mobile product photography
• Mobile video editing
• Facebook ads, Instagram ads abilities (not a must, you can learn on the job, plus if you have the skills)
• Content writing for social
• Canva skills
• Customer relations abilities
• Ability to write captions
• -Social media management for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp
• Note: You will go through an interview process during which, we will vet your skills.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly.
