Our client, a Jos-based leading Spa Services Company of high repute, operating for over half a decade, is looking for a pro-active person of sound learning, leadership experience and character to fill the MANAGER position in the company as follows:

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: SPA Manager
Job Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Identifying and exploiting business opportunities.
• Creating need where there is none .
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for optimal performance and productivity
• Initiating and implementing plans towards solving problem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of spa treatments and therapists.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize spa efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and maintain high standards.
• Introduce new treatments and services based on industry trends and customer demand.
• Drive spa membership programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing rooms.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.A/HND in Business Administration, other Social Sciences; Humanities or Arts.
• Candidate must have 3 – 5 years of cognate experience in any structured Business Setting.
• Candidate must be computer literate.
• He/ She must possess good presentation and communication skills.
• Candidateresident outside Jos, need not apply.
