Job Description
What will you do in our team?

• As a Warehouse Loader you will be preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, receiving and processing warehouse stock products or  performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits and stock taken/counting.

Responsibilities
What kind of work will you be doing?

• Load inbound/outbound trucks/routes according to pick slip/packing list.
• Palletize orders as needed before loading onto trucks.
• Position trucks in docks for loading.
• Retrieve any product needed for the day from other warehouse.
• Tag product with a slot label and place in the correct slot location.
• Coolers are dropped, leveled-off, down-stacked, organized, and clean of debris, free of damaged & poor-quality product.
• Aside from putting product in racks, responsible for bringing product down to the floor in a timely manner.
• Keep the coolers free of empty pallets/debris at all times.
• Keep the floors stocked with product at all times.
• Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Restocking at end and during shift.
• In charge of picking correct items in every order.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Used a motorized pallet jack to load orders on to trucks for delivery.
• Shipping, Receiving and Process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Loading and Unloading Trucks.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.

Requirements
What will make you successful?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience required.
• Two (2) years of warehouse experience required.
• Produce experience preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects would be a plus.
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
