Job Position: Customer Relations Officer

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, or in person.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
• Support sales and marketing activities by promoting company offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the organization’s brand image.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
