Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email and face to face enquires.
• Direct customer to online resources
• Develop customer rapport
• Participate in team building activities
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Encourage customer to complete satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 1 year of experience.
