Christian Miracle Hospital is an NHIS-accredited fibroid, ovarian cyst, appendicitis and maternity hospital in Nigeria; established in 1992. We are located at No. 3 Akutu Crescent office Pascan Jake bus stop opposite Pine Crest School Enugu,Independence Layout Enugu state. We offer the best gynaecological, fertility and maternity services to our clients and patients. Our in-house laboratory is quality assured, and our dispensary stocks quality drugs and other medical consumables. We run antenatal clinics and fertility clinics every Tuesday.

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR operations at Christian Miracle Hospital.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing hospital staff, as well as ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
