Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Overview

• The Project Manager, reporting to the Information Systems Manager, will lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within the Corporate Center's Information Systems & Technology Department.
• The role is based in Lagos, requiring occasional travel with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Purpose of the Job

• Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations and quality standards.

Deliverables

• Project Delivery Time: Ensure on-time project delivery; track and report against project schedules.
• Customer Satisfaction: Meet customer needs; gather and incorporate feedback.
• Project Delivery Quality: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in project management processes.
• Communication: Communicate project status to stakeholders; keep them informed of changes.

Requirements

• University Degree (2.1) in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Post Graduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc.) is an added advantage.
• Certifications in Agile practices (Scrum, etc.).
• Professional project management certification (PRINCE2/PMP) is advantageous.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years in project management roles, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Zoho Project, Trello).
• Experience in managing projects within a fast-paced IT environment.

Salary
N350,000 / Month.
