Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction, real estate, and property development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in site operations related to Quantity Surveying.
• Active, updated, and well-versed with modern QS practices.
• Excellent negotiation, costing, and financial management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 net monthly (depending on competence and years of experience).
