Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, driven to achieve sales targets, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients.
• You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell company properties to prospective buyers and investors
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections with potential buyers
• Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and investment advice
• Negotiate terms of sales and manage contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Port Harcourt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
